1. How long does it take to make a custom dress?
In order not to rush the production of making your dream dress and achieve perfect results . We advise three to six months in advance . In cases whereby wedding is within two months or less , we can still prepare an express production and delivery of dress , this however will cost a little extra.
2. What’s the process of ordering a custom dress ?
Our bespoke personalized services are very detailed . From start to finished stage , the client is carried along . Once consultation stage is completed, we move into design stage , creating a perfect mood board for the client’s dream look . We move into production stage then final / finished stage.
We have various payment methods for international clients and also receive different currencies . Only payment confirms production of any custom order .
80% is required to confirm production, and the balance completed before shipping or pickup . However we can also consider the payment structure a client is proposing .
All payments are to be completed before shipping.
2. How do I schedule an appointment or consultation?
Physical consultations are strictly done by appointment May take 30mins - 1hour exclusive consultation.
We also offer a free 15mins online consultation.
For international clients that can’t come in person , can request for a virtual consultation/ appointment.

3. How many people can I bring in for my appointment/ consultation?
We advise minimum of 2 people for appointment.
Due to clash of so many views and giving room for a better decision about your dream look .
We also advise you wear garments suitable for dress sizing and accurate shoes inches you intend using with your dress .
4.Sizing?
Firstly we have a designed measurement guide to help international clients take appropriate measurements for all custom order , we also send a template to guide our clients through this process .
Measurements can also be taken electronically via video calls .

Shipping & Returns:
1. Shipping?
For International delivery shipping takes 5-10 working days depending on the destination.
For local delivery 2-5 days with Nigeria .

The weight of item is considered in the cost of shipping an item , we ensure to get the best shipping rates for our customers through the help of our shipping partner .
A tracking number from our delivery partner will be sent to you, this enables you track your order on its way to you .
2. Refund Policy?
Custom order dresses that not available to ship and once order made for that customer are not cancelable or refundable .
Every step of our bespoke dress is carried along and confirmation done by customer before shipping . Therefore we offer a no refund policy on custom made / bespoke dresses .
All items approved by the client after fittings, and brought back in for alterations will attract an extra cost .
